Ground-Level / Drop-Off Delivery

For smaller orders or customers who simply need help transporting an item, we offer a more basic delivery option.

  • Ground-level delivery (in-box) to your garage, driveway, or entryway
  • Delivery is completed by one person and is limited to locations with no stairs or elevation changes
  • Ideal for single items such as nursery gliders or smaller furniture that may not fit in your vehicle
  • No in-home placement, setup, or assembly included

This option is most commonly used as a convenient transport solution rather than a full-service delivery.

  • Drop-off delivery services start at $150

Important Note for Drop-Off Deliveries

  • Drop-off service is strictly a transportation-only service
  • Items are delivered in-box and are not opened or inspected at the time of delivery
  • If an issue or damage is discovered after delivery, we will absolutely assist in resolving it through the appropriate channels

However:

  • Customers are responsible for bringing the item(s) back if a return or exchange is required
  • Kids N Cribs does not provide return transportation for items delivered via drop-off service

  • White glove delivery is our primary service and is priced using a flat-rate, tiered structure based on delivery area
  • Full-service delivery with in-home placement and setup starts at $250

For customers purchasing smaller items—or those who simply need help transporting a single piece—we also offer a more basic option:

  • Ground-level / drop-off delivery is available at a reduced rate
  • Best suited for items like nursery gliders or smaller furniture that may not fit in your vehicle

Final delivery pricing is confirmed at checkout or by our team.

For locations outside our primary service area, we may coordinate delivery through trusted regional partners who will schedule directly with you.

Scheduling Your Delivery

  • Deliveries are scheduled once your order is complete and ready
  • If all items are in stock, scheduling may occur at the time of purchase
  • Otherwise, our team will contact you to coordinate a convenient delivery date

Split Deliveries & Order Completion

We aim to schedule delivery once your full order is ready so everything can be delivered at once.

  • Your delivery fee covers one scheduled delivery appointment
  • We aim to deliver your complete order at once
  • At the time of purchase, we communicate the estimated timeline for your full order

Items with Different Availability

In some cases, certain items—such as crib conversion kits or special-order pieces—may have longer lead times than the main furniture items.

  • If part of your order is not available at the time of delivery, the remaining item(s) will be available for store pickup once they arrive
  • Additional delivery trips can be arranged upon request for an additional delivery fee

Delays & Exceptions

  • Delays may occur due to manufacturer backorders, shipping delays, or weather
  • If a delay affects the entire order, we will coordinate delivery once everything is ready
  • If Kids N Cribs is responsible for an issue preventing the order from being delivered together, we will coordinate delivery of the remaining item(s)

Delivery Guidelines & Requirements

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please review the following:

  • Someone must be present to receive and sign for delivery (unless prior arrangements are made)
  • A $50 surcharge applies for homes with two or more levels
  • The delivery area must be clear and accessible
  • We are not responsible for fitment issues in tight spaces
  • We do not remove existing furniture or mattresses
  • We do not move or rearrange existing furniture
  • Assembly includes standard setup only (no wall mounting)
