Order Policies
Order Processing
- Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- Please allow up to 5 business days during peak periods
Order Changes
- Order changes must be requested as soon as possible
- Once an order has entered fulfillment, changes may no longer be possible
Order Cancellations
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@kids-n-cribs.com
- Orders already in processing or fulfillment are subject to a 5% cancellation fee
- Once an order has shipped, it falls under our return policy
Special Orders & Custom Items
Certain items are considered special order due to customization, finish selection, or extended lead times.
- Special order items typically have longer lead times (2–14+ weeks)
- These items are generally final sale and not eligible for return or cancellation
- Estimated timelines are provided at the time of purchase, but delays may occur
Store Pickup
We offer convenient store pickup for many in-stock items.
- Most in-stock items are available for pickup within 1–3 business days
- Customers will be notified once their order is ready for pickup
- Orders should be picked up within 5 business days after notification
Pickup Policy Notes
- Orders canceled after being marked “Ready for Pickup” are subject to a 10% restocking fee
- If you need additional time, please contact us in advance to arrange accommodations
Product Condition & Expectations
We carefully curate high-quality nursery furniture and products, many of which feature natural materials and hand-applied finishes.
- Variations in color, grain, and texture are normal, especially with solid wood furniture
- Finish appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screens, and display conditions
- We recommend viewing items in-store when possible for the most accurate representation
Warranty & Manufacturer Support
Kids N Cribs is an authorized retailer for all brands we carry.
- Manufacturer warranties apply to all eligible products
- Warranty claims are typically handled directly with the manufacturer
- Our team will assist in facilitating claims and coordinating replacement parts when needed
