Kids N Cribs is proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on most standard orders over $150, including many of our larger furniture items such as cribs, dressers, and chests. These items typically ship via freight or ground services at no additional cost to you.
For orders under $150, a flat-rate shipping fee of $14.95 applies, unless otherwise noted on the product page. This helps keep shipping simple and predictable for smaller items.
Please note that some fully assembled furniture pieces are excluded from our free shipping offer due to their size, weight, or special handling requirements. For these items, applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed on the product page and during checkout. In rare cases where additional shipping costs may apply that are not automatically calculated at checkout, we will contact you directly before processing your order.

International, Alaska & Hawaii Shipping
At Kids N Cribs, we currently offer limited shipping options for international destinations, as well as to Alaska and Hawaii. While we are unable to ship larger items to these locations, we can ship select smaller items via USPS.

Nationwide & Local Furniture Delivery Policy
Nationwide Furniture Delivery
At Kids N Cribs, we are committed to delivering your furniture safely and efficiently. Large furniture items—such as cribs, dressers, and chests—are too large and heavy to ship via standard carriers like USPS or UPS Ground.
As a result, all oversized furniture orders ship via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) Freight carriers, and a freight shipping charge may be applied at checkout, depending on your order.
All nationwide furniture deliveries include standard curbside or threshold delivery, depending on the carrier and your location. Below are descriptions of these delivery levels:

Curbside Delivery (Ground Level): The delivery will be made to the first accessible area at the end of your driveway or curb. The driver is not responsible for moving items inside your home or unboxing them.

Threshold Delivery: The carrier will deliver the item just inside your doorway, garage, or building entryway—as long as it's easily accessible and does not require stairs or elevator access.
Need Inside Delivery or Setup?
If you require in-home delivery, room placement, or assembly/setup services, please contact us before placing your order. These services may be available for an additional fee, depending on your location and the carrier's capabilities.
Local Furniture Delivery
For customers located in the San Francisco Bay Area, Kids N Cribs proudly offers a convenient In-Home White Glove Delivery Service for furniture and large purchases.
Our White Glove Delivery is handled exclusively by our own experienced Kids N Cribs staff—not third-party contractors. Our team is highly familiar with the products we sell and will ensure your furniture is delivered, carefully assembled, and placed in the room of your choice with professionalism and care.

Alternate Delivery Option
If White Glove Delivery is not available in your area, a ground-level drop-off option may be offered for an additional fee. This service includes delivery to your front door, garage, or another easily accessible ground-level location—but does not include setup or assembly.
Order Processing & Shipping Timeframes
At Kids N Cribs, we strive to ensure a smooth and timely fulfillment process. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, but please allow up to 5 business days for full processing and shipment.
If your order requires more than 5 business days to ship, we will contact you with an updated estimated shipping timeframe.

Special Order Items (Furniture & More)
Some items on our site—especially furniture and larger nursery pieces—are considered special order items. These are products we typically do not stock or warehouse on a regular basis and are ordered specifically for you.

Estimated lead times for special order items range from 2–4 weeks to as long as 12–14 weeks, depending on the manufacturer and availability.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update once the carrier has picked up your package.

Return Policy (30-Day Money Back Guarantee)
We want you to love your purchase from Kids N Cribs! That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most items (excludes closeout and on-sale items; these items are final sale). If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of the ship date, subject to the conditions below.
Return Guidelines

Inspect your order upon delivery. Any damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

All returned items must be in new, unused condition, and in their original packaging with all parts, tags, instructions, and accessories included. Items showing signs of use (e.g. dirty, washed, or assembled) are not eligible for return or refund.

Returns must include a Return Authorization Number (RAN)—see instructions below.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Furniture and special order items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Items returned that qualified for free shipping will have the actual outbound shipping cost deducted from the refund.

Returns received after 30 days may be approved at the discretion of management and are eligible for store credit only if accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and special order reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Mattresses, mattress pads, and similar items once opened (due to hygiene concerns)

Car seats, due to safety and liability reasons (we cannot guarantee the integrity once the seat has left our facility)

Custom or special-order furniture shipped directly from the manufacturer
How to Initiate a Return
To start your return:

Package the item(s) securely in the original box with all original materials.
Use a trackable and/or insured shipping service to return the item. -
Mail the return to the address provided once your RAN is issued. The RAN must be clearly noted on the shipping label.
Refund Processing

Once your return is received, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and processing.

Refunds are issued for the product price only. Original and return shipping charges, along with any applicable restocking fees, will be deducted as outlined above.
