No. Consultation deposits are non-refundable, but they may be applied toward a qualifying purchase according to our consultation deposit policy.
How does the consultation deposit credit work?
Consultation deposits may be applied toward a qualifying purchase within 6 months of your appointment date.
For Long and Short Car Seat & Stroller consultations, the full deposit will be applied when both a stroller and car seat are purchased.
If only one item (either a stroller or car seat) is purchased, 50% of the consultation deposit will be applied toward that purchase.
