- Please allow up to 5 business days during peak periods

Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping (UPS / USPS)
- Free shipping on orders over $150
- Flat rate shipping of $14.95 for orders under $150 (unless otherwise noted)
Freight Delivery (Furniture Orders)
Large furniture items such as cribs, dressers, and nursery sets ship via LTL freight carriers with multiple delivery service levels available at checkout.
Standard Shipping (Included / Free)
- Curbside delivery to your home or business
- Items are delivered to the driveway, curb, or loading area
- Customer is responsible for bringing items inside
Upgrade Your Delivery Experience
For added convenience, we offer upgraded delivery options through our nationwide white-glove partners. These services can be selected directly on applicable product pages.
Available Delivery Options Include:
Premium White Glove Delivery
- Scheduled delivery appointment
- Delivery to your room of choice
- Unpacking and placement
- Light assembly (up to 20 minutes, excludes cribs and beds)
- Removal of all packaging and debris
Room of Choice Delivery
- Items delivered inside to a specific room
- No assembly or debris removal
Threshold Delivery
- Delivery to the first covered/dry area (garage or entryway)
Curbside / Loading Dock
- Standard delivery included with most online orders
- Items are left outside the door or the curb

Shipping Notes
- Most orders ship complete unless otherwise noted
- If you request items to ship separately, a $150 split shipment fee will apply
- This fee will be waived if a significant delay occurs on part of your order
- For example, if your order is estimated to ship within 4–8 weeks and a portion of the order is significantly delayed beyond that timeframe, we may offer a split shipment at no additional cost
- Delays may occur due to manufacturer backorders, port congestion, or weather
- Special order items may have extended lead times (typically 2–14 weeks)
- Our team will always communicate any delays and available options before your order ships

Returns & Exchanges (30-Day Policy)
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered on most eligible items.
Return Requirements
- Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
- All parts, hardware, tags, and instructions must be included
- A Return Authorization Number (RAN) is required before sending anything back
Return Costs
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Orders that received free shipping will have actual outbound shipping costs deducted from the refund
Restocking Fees
- Furniture and select items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee
- Special order items are typically final sale
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale:
- Car seats
- Mattresses
- Opened bedding products
- Custom or special-order furniture
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery.
- Any damage or delivery issues must be reported within 24 hours via both phone and email
- This timeframe is required by freight carriers to properly file and process claims
- Contact Kids N Cribs directly — do not contact the carrier

Resolution Process
- Most issues are resolved quickly with replacement parts or product replacement
- Our team works directly with manufacturers to coordinate the fastest possible solution
Important Policy Notes
- Compensation is not provided for delivery delays, damages, or carrier-related issues
- The only exception may apply if an upgraded delivery service was purchased but not performed as agreed
- If a replacement or repair is not possible, a refund may be issued as a last resort
Damaged Item Disposal
- If a refund is issued due to damage, the customer is responsible for disposing of the item
- Kids N Cribs does not provide return labels or arrange return shipping for damaged goods
- Disposal or removal costs are not reimbursed
How to Start a Return

- Order number
- Item name
- Reason for return
- Our team will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
- Securely package and ship your item back
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the return is received and inspected
- Issued to the original form of payment
- Please allow 1–3 business days for your bank to process the refund

Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, they fall under our return policy.
Are furniture items returnable?
Many furniture items are final sale or subject to restocking fees due to their size and shipping method.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes — we offer White Glove Delivery throughout the Bay Area, including in-home setup.
