The Silva Universal Conversion Kit allows you to transform your Silva crib into a full size bed. The kit consists of two side rails connecting the front and back of the crib (becoming headboard and footboard) and 6 cross slats to serve as support for a bunkie-board, low profile box spring or other type of mattress support.
