DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please notify us of any defects within 30 days of delivery of your items. After that, please contact the manufacturer directly for information on what warranty may apply. We can provide additional assistance in working with the manufacturer to get your problem resolved. Kids N Cribs will follow the manufacturers recommendation when dealing with any product defects.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please notify us immediately of any damage to items during the trip from our home to yours. Do NOT contact the shipping service (UPS, FEDEX, or Freight Carrier) in regards to the damage. Kids N Cribs will handle all damage claims in order to seamlessly resolve the situation. Failure to follow this process will result in a longer turnaround time on replacement items and possible denial of the damage claim.

A replacement part(s) will be issued if the damage to your item is minor. A complete/whole replacement would be issued for a severely damaged item. This will be determined once we are notified of the damage(s) and pictures are received from the recipient. Replacement part(s) are typically provided from the manufacturer, so please allow 1-2 business days for parts to be processed and shipped out (pending product availability). Parts are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS.

Please note, we do not send return labels for items or parts that are damaged in shipping. Once the damage has been taken care of, the damaged part(s) or item can be destroyed or donated (if item is usable).

PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE

We at Kids N Cribs always try to offer our customers the best prices possible. In the event that you find a competitor with a lower price, we reserve the right to match the price. We reserve the right to alter this policy at any time. Price Match Guarantee only good on new purchases.

Kids N Cribs will verify the following prior to any price match ...
  • Items must be exact and be in brand new condition. Returned items for sale, open-box specials, etc will not be accepted.
  • Items to be matched must be in stock and available for purchase at the time of price verification.
  • Additional charges such as handling, shipping, oversize, and any others hidden charges will be added to the price being matched.

FABRICS & FINISHES POLICY

We strive to provide all information accurately and with minimal variations pertaining to color, grain pattern or proportions. Due to graphic limitations pertaining to media format or display settings, finishes and options may be slightly different than how they are displayed online. Please consider ordering wood/fabric samples, requesting more accurate hi-res imagery or visiting one our locations to see an actual representation of these products. 
Finishes can look different depending on the room and lighting so it's important to make sure the product and finishes meet your design expectations. Please contact one of our design consultants prior to placing an order so we can help you make the right decision for your room.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Bedding, Personalized Items, and other Items marked as being shipped directly from the manufacturer are considered special orders and not returnable. Since these items are not stocked and ordered especially for you, we cannot allow them to be returned for any reason. Damaged or Defective Special Orders will still be handled as outlined above.

REFUSAL OF DELIVERY

If an order is refused, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs back to Kids N Cribs and any other charges that occur during the delivery process. Any shipping costs paid by the customer are non refundable.

PAYMENT

We accept credit card purchases with your Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover. All transactions are done through an encrypted, secure connection (SSL) with PayPal to ensure that your credit card information is safe at all times.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event that you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible at info@kids-n-cribs.com. As long as your order is not in the process of shipping, we'll gladly cancel the order and refund your credit card. Please note, there is a 5% merchant processing fee that will be deducted from your refund if your order has already been confirmed and is in either "Awaiting Fulfillment" or "Awaiting Shipment" status.

You may still cancel the order after it has been shipped, but any shipping charges paid at time of purchase will be deducted from the refund amount. Orders with Free Shipping will have the actual shipping charge deducted from the refund amount if the order is canceled after it has shipped.

Special Orders must be canceled prior to shipping from the manufacturer; Special Orders cannot be canceled if they have shipped from the manufacturer to our warehouse.

Please note, many of our orders are "drop shipped" from a third party warehouse or from the manufacturer's warehouse directly. While these orders can be cancelled as well, we have to get confirmation from the warehouse before we can fully cancel the order with our customer. If an order is already in the process of shipping, we may be unable to cancel the order and issue a refund.

WARRANTY

Kids N Cribs is an authorized retailer for all products offered on our site. Therefore, all products are covered by the complete manufacturer warranty. Please consult your product documentation for the warranty details and requirements.

YOUR PRIVACY AND OUR SAFE SHOPPING GUARANTEE

We store NO credit card information. All credit card transactions are done over an encrypted 128 Secure SSL Connection. We use Authorize.net for all our processing services. They are a trusted industry standard when it comes to secure online transactions. We also will not sell or supply any of your address information to 3rd parties.
