Order Cancellation Policy
At Kids N Cribs, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team in writing as soon as possible at info@kids-n-cribs.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request based on the status of your order.
How to Cancel an Order
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. You can:

Reply directly to your order confirmation email, or

You will receive a confirmation email from us within 2 business days of receiving your cancellation request.
Standard Order Cancellations
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a refund to your original form of payment.
Please note:

A 5% merchant processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover non-refundable credit card or PayPal fees.

Once an order has entered shipping or has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may still return the item after delivery, following our Return Policy, but we are unable to stop or cancel orders once they have been processed for shipment.
Orders Already Shipped
If your order has shipped:

Any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Orders that qualified for Free Shipping will have the actual shipping cost deducted from your refund.
Special Orders
Items that are made-to-order, custom, or not stocked regularly (such as furniture) are considered Special Orders.

These orders must be canceled before they ship from the manufacturer.

Once shipped to our warehouse or directly to you, Special Orders cannot be canceled.

Drop Shipped Orders
Many items are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer or a third-party warehouse.

These orders may be canceled, but only after we receive confirmation from the warehouse.

If the item is already in the process of shipping, cancellation may not be possible, and it will need to be treated as a return.
Refund Timing
Once your cancellation has been approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Any applicable processing fees (credit card or PayPal) and shipping deductions will be clearly outlined in your refund confirmation.

Damaged & Defective Items Policy
At Kids N Cribs, we take pride in the quality of the products we offer and strive to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If an item arrives damaged or you discover a defect, we’re here to make it right.
Damaged Items During Shipping
If your item arrives damaged in transit, please notify us immediately by emailing info@kids-n-cribs.com.
Do not contact the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, or any freight company) directly—we’ll handle all claims on your behalf to ensure a smooth resolution.
Failure to report damage to us directly may result in delays or denial of a damage claim.
What We’ll Do:

For minor damage, we’ll provide replacement parts at no cost to you.

For major or structural damage, we may issue a full replacement of the item.
Once we receive your damage report and photos, we’ll assess the situation and determine the appropriate solution.
Replacement parts typically ship within 1–2 business days, depending on availability, and are sent via UPS Ground or USPS.
Please note: We do not send return labels for damaged items or parts. Once your issue is resolved, you may dispose of or donate the damaged item at your discretion—no return is required unless we request it.
Defective Items
If you believe an item is defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can assist. After 30 days, any warranty issues must be directed to the product manufacturer.
We’re happy to help facilitate communication with the manufacturer and will follow their recommendations when handling defective products. Many manufacturers offer warranties, and we can assist in providing contact information or submitting claims when necessary.

Car Seat Policy
At Kids N Cribs, your child’s safety is our top priority. For this reason, all car seat sales are final.
Once a car seat has left our store or been delivered to your home, we can no longer accept it for return or exchange—even if the box is unopened. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity and safety of all car seats we sell.
We cannot guarantee the condition or history of a car seat once it has left our facility. Therefore, to comply with industry safety standards and manufacturer guidelines, we are unable to restock or resell any car seat once it has been shipped or picked up.
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all product details and compatibility requirements before purchasing a car seat. If you have questions about fit, features, or safety certifications, our team is happy to help you make an informed decision.

Price Matching Policy
At Kids N Cribs, we strive to offer our customers the best possible value every day. If you find a lower advertised price on an identical item from another authorized retailer, we may be able to match that price—because your confidence in shopping with us matters.
How Our Price Match Guarantee Works
Price match requests are considered on new purchases only and must meet the following criteria:

The item must be identical (same brand, model number, and specifications) and in brand-new condition.

We do not match prices on used, open-box, returned, refurbished, or clearance items.

The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from the competitor at the time of verification.

Any additional charges (such as shipping, handling, oversized item fees, or other hidden costs) will be added to the competitor’s price when determining eligibility for a match.

In-Store Pickup Policy
For your convenience, Kids N Cribs offers free in-store pickup for all orders placed through our website. Simply select the "Store Pickup" option during checkout, and we’ll notify you by email or phone as soon as your order is ready.
Pickup Location
All store pickups are fulfilled at our Pleasant Hill, CA location. We can also make arrangements for pickups at our warehosue, if it's easier or more convenient.
Pickup Timing

Most in-stock items will be ready for pickup the same day or within 24 hours of placing your order.

If you need an item urgently, feel free to call the store to confirm availability. We’re happy to pull your items and have them ready right away.
Pickup WIndow & Holds
We kindly ask that all orders be picked up within 1–3 business days after being marked as "Ready for Pickup." If you need additional time, please contact us as soon as possible to make arrangements for an extended hold.
Cancellations & Restocking Fee
Please note that any order canceled after it has been marked as Ready for Pickup will incur a 10% restocking fee.
Fabrics & Finishes Policy
At Kids N Cribs, we strive to present our products as accurately as possible. However, variations in color, grain pattern, and proportions may occur due to differences in display settings, screen resolution, or media formats.
Please note that finishes and fabrics may appear slightly different in person than how they look online.
